Finding a home online is easy, finding the right home may not be, especially in a competitive marketplace. We’ll go the extra mile to find the right property for our clients by looking at past listing data, door knocking, letter writing, networking with other agents for pocket listings and more. If we know what type of home our client is looking for, we’ll find it.

Qualifying Property

We believe in working smart. We’ll make sure that interesting property has the right floorplan and amenities you are looking for and we’ll check with the listing agent on any disclosure information not available on public websites. In short, we’ll make sure what we see has the possibility of being the right fit.

Offer Presentation

Getting your offer accepted includes building trust with the listing agent and the seller. Solid communication and a well-put together offer package will impress and help forge the path for a smooth transaction and ultimately an acceptance.

Due Diligence

Our robust list of approved and vetted property inspectors are ready to assist you in your effort to learn everything you can about your property, before you lift contingencies. Risk management is our focus and we will not hesitate to advise our clients to walk away if the deal is not right.

Transaction Management

The contract is clear, but there are many moving parts and people involved in a Real Estate transaction. Our obsessive attention to detail will ensure that each aspect of the deal is handled properly and on time, so that you don’t have to worry.
